CwX North America 2026 will take place at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a welcome reception on May 20 and full conference days on May 21–22.

Yes, you can upgrade to the latest version without installing the versions in between. When converting your files, Caseware can only guarantee a successful conversion between subsequent versions. It is possible to directly convert older files to the latest version, but we would encourage you to create a backup before attempting to do so.CwX is free to attend, excluding travel and hotel. A discounted hotel rate is available through our room block.

Select training sessions carry an additional fee, which will be listed under each session and added at checkout. All other conference sessions and events are included with registration.

Your registration includes access to all keynote and breakout sessions, networking events and evening experiences, access to the CwX mobile app, and meals and refreshments during conference hours.

Travel and accommodations are not included unless otherwise specified.

During registration, you will have the opportunity to indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Yes. CPE/CPD credits will be available for eligible sessions. Details on the number of credits offered and fields of study will be shared prior to the event.

To receive CPE/CPD credit, attendees must check in onsite, attend the full session, and complete any required session evaluations (if applicable). Final CPE/CPD reporting instructions will be provided during and after the conference.We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@caseware.com. Refund eligibility and deadlines will be outlined during registration.

Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions. We encourage comfortable footwear, as there will be movement between sessions and networking spaces.

For our Thursday evening beachfront event, we recommend smart-casual attire suitable for sand. Sandals or flat shoes are strongly encouraged, as portions of the event will take place directly on the beach.

The CwX mobile app will be available closer to the event. Registered attendees will receive instructions via email on how to download and access it.
